Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mr & Mrs Tee, we believe a great T-shirt should make you feel great too. Every tee is printed with care after you place your order.

If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Made-to-order T-shirts

Our T-shirts are printed after an order is placed to reduce waste and unnecessary stock.

Please check your size, colour, design and delivery details before completing your purchase.

Our standard printed T-shirts remain eligible for returns where required by South African consumer protection legislation. Printing an item after purchase does not automatically make it a personalised product.

2. Seven-day cooling-off period

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), customers purchasing eligible products online may cancel their purchase without providing a reason within seven days after receiving the goods.

To request a return, email mrandmrsteeshop@gmail.com with your order number.

For returns under this cooling-off right:

• You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

• Please return the product in a condition reasonably consistent with inspecting it.

• A full refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, as required by law.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly printed or different from what you purchased, please contact us.

Email mrandmrsteeshop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, qualifying defective goods may be returned within six months of delivery, at our risk and expense.

Where this statutory right applies, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care are not automatically manufacturing defects.

4. Size exchanges

We encourage customers to consult our size guide before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at mrandmrsteeshop@gmail.com.

Outside applicable statutory return rights, voluntary size exchanges are considered individually and depend on product availability and our agreement with you.

5. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because production begins after purchase, early notice helps us prevent unnecessary printing.

Production having started does not remove any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, subject to applicable statutory deadlines.
