2. Our products

We sell printed T-shirts through our online store.

Our products are generally printed after an order has been placed.

We make reasonable efforts to represent colours, sizes, designs and product characteristics accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and normal printing variations. This does not exclude your rights where products fail to meet applicable quality standards or descriptions.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Applicable taxes, delivery fees and other charges will be disclosed before you complete checkout.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation through the contact details supplied during checkout.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and provide the applicable refund or other remedy required by law.

4. Production and delivery

Our T-shirts are printed to order.

We normally aim to dispatch orders within five business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping and delivery times depend on the delivery method and destination.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African legislation.

6. Intellectual property

Original Mr & Mrs Tee branding, website content, photographs and designs owned by Imprinted (Pty) Ltd are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, characters, artwork and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful or fraudulent activities or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Our store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, printing and technology providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
